Refund Policy

This refund and cancellation policy explains how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the platform.

  1. Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 7 days of placing the order. A cancellation may not be accepted once shipping has started or the product is out for delivery. In that case, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
  2. For damaged or defective items, contact customer service within 7 days of receipt. The request will be reviewed after the seller or merchant has inspected and confirmed the issue.
  3. If a product is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, notify customer service within 7 days of receipt. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
  4. For complaints about products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer where applicable.
  5. Approved refunds may take up to 15 days to process.
